I did something!

And you already know about it, since I told you yesterday.  But I'm making it official with a post!

I started a couch to 5k program yesterday.  Usually, I don't run for 100 years.  Then I run 3 miles.  Then I am broken and don't run for 100 years.  So I decided to not do that!  Yesterday's program was to walk 3 minutes, run 1 minute.  6 rounds of this.  Felt good.  After that, I walked over to the gym.  Lifted some weights and then walked home.  It was a good exercise day.

Not sure what I'll do today, probably go for a walk.  Then do "the program" day 2 tomorrow.

Good for you. I might have to try that, too. I want to get back at it. Have been walking 1 mile (briskly) almost every morning but want to do more. Have to get through this colonoscopy on Thursday morning and then I will get serious again about some running.

I'm glad I'm doing it, I think it will be really helpful.

And walking is good, as you know I'm walking, too. But I do want to get back to running. If I can.
