Yay me!

I already did my training program today!  I went out before I started work (at 7), so it's nice to start my day feeling accomplished!

I think today's program was exactly the same as the first day's session.  3m walk / 1m run, 6x.  Session 3 is 8 minutes longer, so it will be interesting to see what it consists of.
