Back in the Game!

Paid a visit to European Fitness last night.  Really needed to do a lot of self encouragement to get there, but I did it. It was busy again, well, at least when I arrived.  Thinned out a lot within 30 minutes. 

Let's see.  I walked on the treadmill at an 8% incline for 30 minutes.  And then I did some weight lifting. 

We are having a grey and rainy day here so I plan on going again after work to get some walking in.

Good for you! The hardest part is taking the first step but once you do that it's easier to keep going. At least that's what I've heard!

I have been on the TM almost every morning but can't seem to get past 1.5 miles. Then my push ups and sit ups.

Will take tomorrow off because it's a travel day as we head to Whitewater for the weekend.
