But I'll admit it's getting harder and harder to stay motivated. I'm hoping nicer weather when we are in SC and FL will help with that. But I continue to get on the TM most mornings and run some and also do my push ups and sit ups.
I'm back and kinda at it! Went to the gym yesterday and walked on the treadmill (super incline!) for 40 minutes, then did The Stairway to Hell for 5.
It's hard for me to keep going, too. This is why I'm so glad I love listening to podcasts and audio books. When I am listening and really loving the story, I'm a lot more motivated to keep on truckin! I'm still not running, though. I'm just not feeling it.
