Greetings from your Germany runner! Yep, I went for a run today! 2 miles. I could sure tell I haven't been running, two miles was as far as I cared to go.
It was fun and such a beautiful day. I'm glad I was able to get outside.
Yeah, it is really fun! I'm sore today so walking has been my exercise. We just got back from a combined coffee shop / grocery store trip. I am hoping to go to the park, too, but it sure looks like it wants to rain. So I'll play that by ear!

I did my 1.5 miles again today and 50/50 on the other exercises. Tomorrow a day off so I can go to Pastor's Conference meeting.
