I have been off the track for 2 whole weeks and it shows! But those good times are over for me just as they are beginning for you!
I got back on the TM this morning and only did 1 mile and 25 reps of my exercises but it's a start. Plan to up it a 1/4 mile a day until I'm back to 2 miles and 50/50 of my exercises.
I will do my best to keep this blog active while you are gone!

I did it again today and did up the mileage as planned. So far, so good. Just have to keep at it.
Again today. Did 1.5 miles today plus the pushups and situps so making some progress getting back into the swing of things.

Good for you! I'm impressed with your ability to get back on track!
We've been doing a lot of walking (and lots of hills!). There is a park I am going to check out for running, so I may have a running report soon.
Good to hear from you so far away! I'm sure you have been walking your legs off!!
1.5 again this morning for me and up to 40 push ups and 40 sit ups. Will get to 2.0 and 50/50 before the week is out.
