Ok, Let's Get Back To This!

And that's exactly what I did this morning.  Got back on the TM and did 1.5 miles and then 50 push ups and 50 sit ups.  So I am back in gear.  Managed not to gain any weight during the week in Whitewater but didn't lose any either.  Felt good to be doing something again!

Nice job! Feels good to be back at it, I know. And I love it when I don't have to do damage control. Which is what I'll be doing when I get home!

I haven't been running, it's gotten chilly and I didn't come prepared with running gear of that nature. But I do plan on going for a walk in a bit here.
