Ran Today but Not Tomorrow

I did my 2 miles this morning before going to church and felt good about it.  Taking tomorrow off though because I have to be at the clinic to give blood for lab work at 8 am.  Good excuse!   Twice a year this gives me a day off!

That's a great REASON! I have a lot of reasons of my own, as I'm sure you know. Hope the lab work was painless.
