After 6 days off in a row, I felt like I was starting at zero! But I got on the TM and did a quick 2 miles and started up with the pushups and situps again which I have almost completely neglected in the last month. So, it's a start but you have to start somewhere!
I gained 3 lbs which away so will work on dropping that now, too.

Oh, boy, can I relate! Really struggled on my run today. We will both get there, though!
Ah, vacation weight! Wait. Maybe it's just that your at a lower elevation again so the gravity is making you weigh more!
