Updates!
I got behind.....again! Let's see - As you know, it took me a few days to be able to walk properly after the last legs day. I actually took Saturday off. I just needed a day to sit around and be lazy and cranky! So that's what I did. I didn't even try to get steps on Saturday! Sunday I did run but it was exceedingly late by the time I mustered the willpower to do it. Maybe 5 pm or so.
Today I did a lot! I went for a run early. Maybe around 7 am. Then I did meet up with Shawn at the gym and we did shoulders and back. My delts are so weak! I really need to work some more on those. After we were done, I did some squats and calves.
So that's my whirlwind update!

Making up for lost time! Good for you!
I took Sunday off, too, because we went to church at Peace at 9:00. But I have been back at it yesterday and today. Liking my new shoes and think they will be fine. Asics again. Ran without the orthotics in them the first 3 days but put them in today and felt better so will leave them in now.
I'm glad you like your new shoes. They make such a difference! I like mine, too.
Ran on the TM this morning because my right foot was really bothering me. I didn't want to be out on the road and not be able to get home! That's never happened but I worry about it. However, the foot loosened up as I ran and I got the whole 2 miles done. Now, however, it's bothering me again. Getting old is so much fun!
Sorry about that darn foot! Frustrating.
Today turned into an accidental day off for me. I was dressed for the gym when my sheetrock guy asked if he could stop by and look at the job. Took him about an hour to get here. So I am calling this my day of rest!
