Run

Update on yesterday first. I went to the gym but I didn't do legs at all. I was still very sore. So just upper body stuff.

Today I went for a run. It was slow because I'm still sore! Finally feeling a lot less sore tonight.  Guess that means it's time to go back to the gym and sore up!
