Plugginig Along

I continue to be doing my usual 2 miles every morning plus the pushups and situps.  Seems to be going well so I need to up my game a little again.  Might try a 1% incline tomorrow!  Whew!  I'm tired already.

Sorry to hear your foot is achy. I bet the shot will get you all squared away, though!
