Still Running and Exercising
I was off yesterday but am back on track this morning. Will run tomorrow and Sunday, too, and then have Monday off because WE HAVE TO FLY TO CALIFORNIA!! Supposed to be -20 or something Suday night/Monday morning here so it's just going to break our hearts to leave that behind.

-20 is just madness. They claim it was 70 here today and I thought that was a bit chilly!
