I did something yesterday and I'm really feeling it today! I went to the gym. Did a lot of the old standards and some new stuff I've been reading about. And I'm all kinds of sore today!
Today I've been reading up on squats. I like doing them and they are really good for us and I want to do more.
Not sure what I'll do today, if anything. I'm still not feeling 100% so I don't want to overdo. Maybe I'll go for a health walk later.
