I ran today. First time since I've been back. My calves are so sore still from one of my gym exercises. But I did it. 3 miles on the Kensington route.
Two days off because I haven't been feeling awesome. I figure I'll be back in gear tomorrow.
I'm sick! I even with to the doctor. So I'll be back at it.....someday.
Sorry to hear this!! I need to check in here more often. What's going on?
