Well, I'm sad to report I didn't go cheer for the Rock and Roll runners! I slept in until 7:30 and then drank a lot of coffee. A LOT. And I just didn't get organized by the time they came though.
I did run today. Not until 4 maybe. It was hot. But I'm glad I did it. I was having such a busy day that I almost didn't.
Had some work done on my car. Very needed and relatively inexpensive. Of course, there is more to be done. Always! But nothing urgent. I actually left there feeling pretty good about the shape it's in. That really has been a wonderful car!
