I'm back!
Thanks for waiting on me! On the one hand, I feel like a total slacker for not running or gymming for a week. On the other hand, I walked around SO MUCH! I can't believe all the stuff we did. I was exhausted and a little sore! So it was exercise, just of a different kind. Cross training! Although I feel weight unhappy. Sigh.
I had a big day today, as I'm trying to make up for lost time a bit. I ran this morning and my pace was pretty good again. Very nice morning here. And this afternoon I lifted weights. But I did it at home. Yep!
My little gym room is being redone. I knew but I went over to check out the situation today. And I packed myself up and came home! I have some weights and an exercise ball. And I was able to pretty much recreate my entire routine. That's exciting. I still think my weights are heavier than the gym!
