I did a lot today! Course, I have a lot to make up for! Most exercise I got this weekend was climbing out of the pool!
I ran this morning and had an excellent pace. It was 10:31. I guess I should be worried about being late for meetings more often! Pretty nice day for running. Cool.
I also did my weight lifting routine. With my lopsided weights. One side has a 5 pound weight, the other a 2.5!

Yes, I have been off for too long, too, as you know. Good for you for getting back to it. What's the deal with your weights? I believe they are usually sold in matching sets.
Well, these are the kind where there is a post and you can put different weighted disks on them. So that post and the nubbins that screw on to hold the disks/weights on there are 4 pounds. I guess!
