Hard Work

Holy crap this is hard work to get back on track.  I did run 3 miles today but walked for 2 minutes in the middle.  I know it's partly not doing anything for 2 weeks and partly this extra weight I'm carrying around. And speaking of weight I was up another .6 this morning from yesterday!!!  And I don't know how in the hell that happened.  I thought I did very well yesterday.  I did have a snack at bedtime but that was it all day.  I'm fasting until supper time today.  Might have a banana at some point and will have an orange for lunch.  Otherwise, I'M NOT EATING!!  Mom says it won't help me but I'm not eating anyway.

Sometimes you've just gotta do what you've gotta do, advice to the otherwise be damned! Super frustrating. I've not weighed myself since I've been back for just this reason. I'm terrified.
