Better Today

I just need to keep at it.  I still walked 1 minute in the middle of the 3 mile run but felt stronger and wasn't as winded when I was done as I have been all week.  So, it's coming back.  I just need to keep going.  And weight is down 1/2 pound this morning in spite of the delicious pan fried walleye I had last night at the Dalles House.  So I need to keep at the no snacking business, too.

That's all great news! I, too, need some no snacking skills!

Sounds like you really are on the right track! And when you come here we'll have a festival of vegetables. Except for one night when we will have a festival of ribs!
