Snowing like mad out there this morning so I see more shoveling in my future later this afternoon. So I got on the TM this morning and did the 3 miles but it's still not going well. How long will it take me to feel like I'm back in running shape I wonder? I've been slacking off ever since I retired but trying to get back on track now this week. So far, so good. Still hoping this cold doesn't catch up with me. I feel like it's toying with me though. Also did my pushups and situps.

Yeah, I hope that cold does not take root!
It is really hard to get back on track, I know it. I feel that way about my pace right now. No matter what, it's the same: SLOW. So I feel you! You'll get back in shape, though!
And your cross-training opportunities just don't quit! Shovel-ahoy!
