I use to love Mondays because it was always my day off but every day is Monday now. Still seems very odd. Anyway, I did my 3 miles on the TM and the pushups and situps. All went well.
I'm trying out a new pattern now that every day is my own. Run 3 days, take the 4th day off, run 3 days, take the 4th day off. That way I'll run 6 out of every 7 days but still have every 4th day off to rest. So today was the 3rd day of running in the second set of days and tomorrow will be a day off. That's good, too, because we plan to go to Sam's Club and Cub tomorow and do our bi-monthly shopping. Need energy for that!

OK, now this is a really good idea. And not something I've contemplated. But gives you good rest while keeping you running. I'll be interested to hear how it works....out. See what I did there?!
Yeah, tomorrow will be physical and emotional exercise!
