Back at it in force today I guess! I ran Texas 3 times! So that is pretty exciting! I'm feeling a little lumpy, so that is less exciting. I really need to get my eating back in hear. But I will. Man. How am I going to survive the festival of cookies?! I just really don't know.
I'll have to implement some self rules. One is no eating alone. Basically, no secret eating!

Didn't sleep at all last night. Don't know why but was up and down several times. So very tired this morning which is my excuse for lazy living.
