Another perfect, gorgeous morning here and my 3 miles went just great. Very good again today. Pace was 10.27 so that was better, too. Taking Friday off.
Hope you're feeling better this morning! No run for me today. Saving myself for the PLC 5K tomorrow morning. Only 21 people are preregistered but that's the way it was last year, too, and we ended up with 64 runners. So, hopefully, the weather will be good tomorrow.

I had a tough day today. I did run a couple miles but I'm just not feeling great. So not much to report. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
