I ran just 2 miles on the boardwalk this morning. Wearing new shoes and my legs are still sore from that trail run on Saturday. Hope I get over that soon. Cool here but not raining. mom is out walking on the boardwalk now. Then lunch with grandma and home afternoon.

No rain?! YAY! Funny how running trails really is so different. I am always on pavement. I'm sure I'd be in the same boat you are in now.
Also, new shoes are fun!!
