Sore! / Hills 2.25

Oy!  I am so sore!  It has to be related to the hills I'm running.  Yesterday I had serious cramps in my muscles!  And the only change is the hills.  So I am using some new muscles.  Or extra using some old muscles.  Oh, wait.  They're ALL old muscles!!!

I did run hills again today.  Tomorrow Bart and I are going to run, too.

Sorry you were sore and hope it's better by now. Hills are challenging that's for sure.
