Sllloooow! / 9 miles

So I did that reverse route today.  I'm super happy with my run overall but my pace!  Very frustrating.  Oh well.  Anyway, it was good - Kensington first, then the hill.  Then abs.

Pace is over rated! Just be glad you finished and reached your goal!

No run for me today but I did my push ups and sit ups.
