Outside Run/Walk
Well, it was +35 here this afternoon so I decided to give it a try. Drove to the top of the driveway which is snow and ice packed and ran from the mailbox 1.5 miles north and back. Walked some, too. I am not road worthy! And my left heel hurt the whole way. Put ice on it when I got home but it's still hurting. So, I don't know.....

Sorry to hear about the heel. No good that.
Running outside is different, that's true.
