Back at it!

Back on the TM this morning for 3 miles and then all the push ups and sit ups of which I have done none for more than two weeks!!  It was all work but I got it done.  It's not like we didn't exercise on the trip, of course.  Miles of hiking and one day of mountain climbing but it felt good to run again.

Our scale is officially broken! It says I weight exactly what I weighed on the Saturday before we left.  Impossible to believe given all the food and deserts I ate!

Welcome back. I bet it was fun to be back in the game.

Today was my planned day off. Which is good because I've been at work since 6 am.

6 am? You're working too hard! But then you know that. I hope your boss does.

We're not back to our normal sleeping patterns here yet. I was wide awake at 4 am and got up for the day at 5. Ridiculous! So, I'll be to work early, too.

Did my 3 on the TM and the exercises which are really feeling like work after two weeks off from doing them. Pushups are the worst! But I'll get it back.

Yeah, I'm sure they feel like work! Actually, mine did today too. So much so, I'm not making a post! I didn't sleep at all last night and was up way too early, too. I am tired but I ran a little. Not much. Early to be tonight.
