As you know, I didn't do too much yesterday. But I sure feel good about what I did today. I did 7 miles (Kensington route). My pace was pretty good, I think it was 10:13/mile. I'm planning on running again tomorrow and then going to the gym Friday, long run Saturday, gym Sunday. I want to keep up on the gym and really try to build some muscle.

Ha! From the chair!
It's misty here this morning so I ran 3 miles inside on the TM. Plus my exercises. I really, really didn't feel like doing anything this morning and almost just rolled over...but I got up and did something anyway.
Funny, because I really really don't feel like it either today. And I am also lamenting that I didn't just go back to sleep!
I have to report that I had a day of slack. I was just totally groggy today and am now going to bed with the hopes that I'll do better tomorrow.
That happens.
