I shut off my computer last night and realized I didn't post! So here we go - better late than never. I guess.
I ran 3 miles yesterday. It was one of those days where it was cold and I really didn't feel like doing it so I just did a little bit. I did, however, run hills at lunch. I'm going to try and do that again today.
My weight is exactly the same again today. It is mind boggling that I'm not dropping.
