Good first try!

Well, my gym experiment was good. And this method will give me a lot more time at the gym. But I have got to make sure that I get everything ready the night before, or I'll never make it out the door that early in the morning. One thing that didn't go well was the fact that I forgot my purse at home. Which meant I forgot my phone at home! Believe you me, I came back and got it before I went to work! So I ran a mile on the treadmill and then did TSWTH for 15 minutes. That really made me a hot, sweaty mess. Then I did leg weights, mostly variations on squats. I also did some ab stuff and back stretching exercises. And I ran hills at lunch! My weight continues to be a mystery. I told you that I was at 145 forever and then took a GIANT dip to 137. And I'm still there. For over a week. And I have been working out and watching what I eat. maybe I'll take another giant dip. I can tell that my cloths are fitting better again. Not quite right, but getting there. So I'm happy that I can feel the change. Gym again tomorrow and then back to running on Saturday.

It is a mystery! That's a big drop! I know you're glad for it though and hope it continues. Your new schedule is pretty amazing so you can continue with it and remember your phone and purse!

I did 3 on the TM again today and the knee is fine so glad for that. Also all my exercises and they are hard! Feels like I'm starting from scratch. But I got it all done.

Going to a men's retreat now tonight for the weekend but bringing my running gear and hope to keep at it.

It was a big drop, and it concerned me actually. But after I maintained it for so long, as totally irritating as that was, I figured it was for real.

Sure hope you get outside this weekend!
