Soooooo hot!

I'm not sure exactly how hot it was today, but it is 83 right now!! It sure was toasty. Bad news is that our AC is broken, as usual (at least we have it now and can say it's broken!). Good news is that Chuck is here this week. HA! I did the gym today and I'm so glad I went. I did a bike for 15 minutes and The Stairway to Hell for 15. And, dang, was I a sweaty mess! Then I did my usual bit of weights. Legs and arms. I also did some ab work with a kettle ball. I love it, but I think I'll do the group classes more as they are budget friendly! ETA: I fixed this link too!

I don't have enough room here to do those kind of push ups! I wonder what the advantage is though. You had a busy day!

I'm having a day off today and tomorrow so nothing to report.
