I slept great last night, but I did not sleep in very much. I was awake by 7:30 and up by 8. And then I ran 6.45 miles. I thought I was going about 15 minutes per mile, but turns out it was 10:14. So that's OK. I guess........
It was a good run - pretty quiet out there, actually. It's raining tonight, but should not rain tomorrow.
After my run I lifted weights for about 20 minutes. Boy, it all goes away so fast, doesn't it?!?

Yes, it does go away fast and the weight comes back fast, too. Doesn't seem fair somehow. I haven't done push ups or sit ups since we left home so wonder how that will go tomorrow morning.
I got on the scale this morning. Big mistake. Up 3 lbs since leaving home!!!! Big changes coming starting now.
I did run 2.5 miles on the TM here in the motel this morning. But the TM registered 2.25 so I know my nike+ is off. Will run 2 at home tomorrow and recalibrate it.
I wonder if muscles have memory though. I feel it coming back already.
My scale tells me I did not gain weight - which I totally don't believe. I'll confirm today.
