I did 3 miles on the TM because it was too dark to go outside when I was ready. Some people love to run in the dark but I'm not one of them. Good run. Then did the 60 push ups and sit ups. You take a week off from those and you might as well be starting all over! But I got it done. Weight is at pre trip level so glad for that, too.

Good for you - all the way around! Yeah, I've slacked on the pushups and it's tough. I only did 5 today!
Count me as one who does not like running in the dark! I'm so afraid I'm going to either trip and break myself or barrel into a skunk.
Think I'd rather break something than get sprayed......
