Mucho Reporting!

I did a lot today! Well, I feel like I did a lot today. I went to they gym this morning and did my usual weights there. I also ran for 20 minutes on the treadmill and I did TSWTH for 10. I want to get to work on my pace again, and the treadmill helps. Then I ran hills today at lunch. Yep, getting back on track. That's twice in one week! w00t! You did do a lot! When is that zombie run or have you done it already? Are you in this video? I didn't see you if you were. But maybe you were in a costume!

I did the TM this morning again. Have been running at 5.6 mph but that's too easy. Today when the voice said I had 400 meters to go I jacked it up to 6 mph and that was fine for 400 meters! Next week's goal is to do every day at 5.7 and jack it up to 6 at the end.

I wish we could find a 5K down there in Cedar Rapids over Thanksgiving but we can't seem to find anything. I have nothing on my race calendar now until SD on March 11th and I need something!

I'm not in this video - I should have said that I'm signed up for the 2012 run. First one in San Diego! I will be dressed up for it, though! As what, I don't yet know....

Good for you - making it harder! That's the good think about the treadmill. You can really micromanage your pace. I love that.

I am sad that there isn't a Thanksgiving race for you. Yeah, you will have to plan your own. The Fitnatics Turkey Day Dart!
