Another day dawns here, too. It was only +27 this morning so I think maybe the flowers are gone. We'll see what they look like later in the day. But, yes, bbq season is pretty much over I'm afraid. Sounds like you are having the perfect SD weather now.
I did 3 miles on the TM again and the push ups and sit ups. Sure didn't feel like it this morning. Woke up with a headache but decided to start and see how it went. Got it done and like always I'm glad I did.

Well, you did 100% better than me working through your headache. I just decided to give in and not do it. Tomorrow!
I woke up with another headache today (Saturday) so I didn't do anything this morning. Wonder what's going on here.
As I write this I'm remembering what I was doing a week ago right now. I'm glad we did it but I'm also glad it was a week ago!
