Yep, I forgot!

I remembered at....oh, midnight that I didn't post! So this will be a compilation.

I ran both Monday and today. It has been cool out in the AM and staying in bed has sounded like a brilliant idea! But I've done it and each day I was really glad that I did.

Back on the healthy eating track. I did not do well eating wise over the weekend. I'll try to do better this weekend though.

Now, this morning it says I'm down a whole pound from yesterday. How can that be? How do you go up or down a pound (and sometimes more) in a single day? This has never made sense to me.

The iPod worked fine this morning and I listened to the same play list as yesterday. I think yesterday I maybe accidentally pulled the earphone jack out just enough to mess with it. Then pushed it back in and that play list started over. Worked perfect this morning.

I'm trying to jog a little longer this week and did 14 minutes out of the 30 today. I'll be running a 5K with you before you know it!

Man, I've just got no idea. What I do know is that it is super super super frustrating! "They" say it is normal. Grrrr!

I'm glad to hear about the iPod. That is such an important part of my run. I would be so bummed if mine died. Again.

Good for you with the jogging! That is great! And that is exactly how you build up - just a bit more at a time. I but your heart was pumping!

We should plan a 5K!
