Yay! I'm back at it! Slowly, but hey. It has been awhile.
I had a good run this morning. 3 miles in 34:22. Slow pace, but I'll get back up to speed soon. Hopefully. I have that 5K on Saturday.
I really felt great to be back on the street. I'm so glad I'm feeling better.
Here is irritating news. I'm up a pound! How is that possible? Well, no matter how irritating it is I am going to keep up with my weight/date chart. So far it has encouraged me to make better food choices. Because I know I see the results the very next day on the scale!
Funny - I was actually kind of nervous about running this morning. I just didn't know how my body was going to respond, I suppose. But I'm glad I did it anyway.
I'm sore!
