I had another good run today. It is funny. My time was just a little bit better (34:14) but it felt like such harder work! I am really sore so I suppose it just was plain more difficult.
I'm going to decide what to do tomorrow morning when I wake up. If I am all kinds of sore, I will probably do the Calisthenics routine. Otherwise, a run. I think I'll take Friday off so I'll be fresh and unsore for my 5K on Saturday!

Talk about being a slacker! I haven't even thought about Finatics since we've been home! And I see here you have been so faithful about posting! Please forgive me. I will do better starting tomorrow morning.
I have been doing my walking every morning even though I haven't much felt like being on the treadmill since we got back. I want to be outside! Spring can't possibly come soon enough to suit me. We had -7 here this morning when I looked about 7:45 am. I though we were done with that nonsense but I guess not.
