Yay!

Well, I finally dragged myself out of bed this morning and got in a great jog! I did not sleep well last night, so I was not sure what I would tell myself this morning when my alarm when off. And, actually, when it first went off I thought "Oh, hell no!" And then a few minutes later I figured what the heck and got up. And I'm so glad I did! I actually felt a lot less crabby today then on Monday and I think it is because I got it together and ran.

I had an interesting conversation with Jessica today. I told her that I needed to figure out how to maintain my motivation. And she said something to the effect of 'this stuff happens. The key is getting started again. So rather then beating yourself up about having a bad exercise week, give yourself kudos for picking up again today.' And I agree!

It is raining here tonight. Also, I was sprinkled on a bit this morning. We shall see what tomorrow brings!

Well, good for you. Jessica is right. Last week is gone. All that matters is today.

And today I am down 2 pounds! Think there is something wrong with this scale. Makes no sense at all. Going to compare it to Amy's the next couple days over there.

We're about to head out but wanted to let you know that I walked with Barry again today. I think their treadmill is working over there so should be able to keep at it while gone. Hope so anyway.

Prices were good on Monday. Everything everywhere is 40%, 50%, 60% off. At least, that's what they say but I think much of it is true.

Ok, gotta load the car and head out.

Weird! I was actually thinking about your +2 and wondering if our metabolism begins to slow down when the cool weather sets in. Like bears hibernating! Anyway, good luck over the weekend!

Do you like walking with a friend? Sometimes it is nice, I suppose. Other times I would probably rather listen to my iPod.

Even if the treadmill is not working, you can probably get plenty of exercise running after the boys! Have a great time!
