I'm tired! But it is Friday and only just after nine so I can't go to bed yet! But I'll tell you what, I'm not long for this level of consciousness.
This morning I ran, and it was pretty good. Except that I really didn't want to do it! But I made the usual deals with myself. "You can quit whenever you want - just run for 15 minutes." "You are almost 1/2 way done. Then you can just walk." "Holy crap woman! It is only 30 minutes out of your day! Suck it up!" Things like that!
At lunch I did the five hills run. Jogging up and walking down my local hill five times. Why did I do it? I DON"T KNOW! I kid. I get so bored over lunch. I always bring my lunch, so it is not like I am taking time to drive somewhere and pick something up. So it helps to do something for at least half of my lunch. Cause I sure as heck am not going to work!
After work, we went over to the batting cages and hit tons of balls. It was a festival of little kids, let me tell you!
For someone who was adamantly opposed exercising, I sure got a lot of it today!

You are just an exercising fiend! Is that the right word? Anyway, it's possible to get too much of a good thing you know.
I had a terrible night's "sleep." No idea why. Nothing going on to keep me awake. But was up and down all night long. Won't get much of anything accomplished today I'm sure. Mom is fixing a brunch for Grandma's birthday and then I have to get outside and cover the roses, hibiscus, etc. That'll be about it for today. Did walk and got that done.

I know that is true. And I had a conversation with myself on that exact topic just yesterday! Anyway, I'm taking today off. Also, I was so worn out that I made bad eating choices at the end of the day - sad!
There is nothing more frustrating then flopping around in bed! Hate it! Sorry to hear that - that type of sleep makes for a very crabby day for me.
Glad you got your walk in, though. Sounds like you have a busy day ahead of you. I hope you can enjoy it a bit!
