I just could not make myself get up this morning. So I didn't! I slept until 7:30 or so, then got up and just kicked around.
I did run at lunch today, though. And I am so glad I did. I was feeling crabby at work and some guilt about not exercising in the AM. So that helped a lot.
I ran 3.23 miles (per walk/jog/run) and I am pleased to report that I did 11 minute miles! Maybe that 10 minute mile is not such a pipe dream!

Good for you. I'm really having to force myself to get up this week and walk every day. Not sleeping well so am tired and just forcing myself to do it. Some weeks are like that I guess. Feel good when I'm done though. Raining a little here this morning. Not a lot but at least it's not snow. Have a good day.
I know what you mean - sometimes I just don't want to do it, but I feel glad I did do it!
Sorry you're not sleeping well. Believe me, I know how painful that is - and I don't know how to solve the problem. It is like I go through a phase - for three weeks I won't sleep. Then, bam, my body is ready for sleep!
I would consider going to a sleep clinic.....if I quit drinking coffee all day long!
