So I've run just a couple of time since I've been to PT. I'm doing better, but still just sore. I truly fear I have chronic bursitis. I'm resigned to moderate pain daily. I'm walking each day, but running occasionally. The problem is my desire for #'s. I just want to go fast and far in a little time. But that isn't how it works! Take the time and walk at a moderate pace and thus, you'll do well. But this is hard. How on earth do I bide my time? I'm reading on the tredmill. What else can I do?

That is so tough! Is PT helping at all?
My advice would be to change your focus from distance to time but I know you have two little guys who need you. Perhaps you could do more floor work or squats or some such.
Good luck!
