Today, I looked in the mirror and thought...hey - I'm losing weight. Tonight was hideous, but today was much better. Except for my children! Wow what a day! Kids are a weight loss regimine. You can't eat when you're walking, nursing, playing, etc.
So this is the question - what is the snack I should be having? I need something to have that is protein laden, medium fat, low cholesterol. What can it be? Bought or made. MUST be easy! Suggestions needed now!

I just had a snack of string cheese. Obviously, it counts as a serving of dairy and I need all the help I can get with dairy servings! Here are my string cheese specs:
Cost: .33
Weight: 28 grams
Cal: 80
Fat: I don't remember - they marked the box, not my one stick!
Protein: 7 grams
I have got to say, that is a pretty solid snack. I was going to buy the light Baby Bells but they are $4.50 for six and these were three for a dollar (Safeway brand).
