12225 steps as of 7 p.m.! Yhea for me. JD you must get a pedometer so we can compare. Although you ought to remove it when you run so I'm not completely ashamed. I wear mine when I run, but it is merely a 29 minute run on average.
Second, what the HELL did you eat today? What is that? We had homemade thai chicken pizza with whole wheat crust (homemade). It is fun to cook. Carter was into it today! The dough was "squishy" and "squashy" he told me when he kneaded it!

Holy smokes, that is a lot of walking! So far today I have walked from my house to my car, so that is none too impressive.
I had a rice flour crepe that was stuffed with spicy vegetables. It was fantastic!
