Hope you're still "sneezeless."
I ran outside this morning. Nice day. 60, no wind, cloudy. Went well but only did 1.6 miles. Have a psych hurdle to get over about running up the hill to Swager's before I start running on more level ground. Walked the hill and ran the rest of the way. I'll get over it, though, don't worry!

I did have a sneezeless run yesterday, I'm happy to report. After taking a few days off - again! That's my hurdle to get over, I guess. Slacking.
Went out today for a run but it was just starting to drip so I came home. Now we are having for real thunder!
