Finally!

I had to take about 100 days off.  Seems like, anyway. I've just been feeling so low.  But today I was able to get out to the lake for a run.  It was 38 degrees and very nice out.  I believe they call this Stockholm Syndrome.  I was able to run 3 miles AND walk 2 miles and I sneezed exactly zero times!!!  It's been 2 hours and still not a single sneeze.

Really lookimg forward to the allergy clinic visit on Wednesday!

Hope you get some good news at that clinic. Glad you got something done today, too!

As you know we did the Rock and Fly 5K yesterday in Pensacola. Went well. And a beautiful morning for it. 65 and no wind. So today I was off. I've been taking Sundays off anyway so we can get to church by 10 am. I know, I know. I could get up an hour earlier to get a run in but Sunday's supposed to be a day of rest, isn't it? At least for this trip.

Yes, that sounds like such a fun event! So glad you could do it and that it went well - for both of you.

I totally support days off - retired or not. Sunday or not! Rest is good.
