I modified my training plan for this week - in my mind. But I didn't note the changes I was planning in my calendar. But I think I did it right. I ran 3 miles today and will do my 6 mile run tomorrow rather than Saturday.
Didn't really feel like running today. First, that allergy pill from yesterday made me tired. Second, ga, I'm just super tired of what is happening to me after I run. But, anyway, I did it.
