I have been pushing myself pretty hard here and it's time for a break! I ran the lake on Saturday, and then walked it yesterday. Today I did a local 3 mile run (my Fitnatics route!) and, as I was doing it, I thought, "Why am I doing this, I need a break!" So that will happen. Imposed, though. Getting up early for a push tomorrow so I won't have any running spice anyway. Probably will go for a bit of a walk, though. More of a mosey than a health walk. That's my plan!

This is funny because I'm thinking about a break, too. Have been walking in the morning about every third day instead of running so doing something but not running every day. Still struggling to lose a few pounds and that's not going well. Have nothing on my "running calendar" this fall at all so nothing to get ready for. Maybe that's the problem. At any rate, I'm not going to push too hard for a week or so and see how I feel.
